Weeves

Weeves is a privately operated personal assistant for its account owner only. It is not a public sign-up service, and no public registration or shared-user onboarding is offered.

What Weeves does

When asked, Weeves can find and summarise Gmail messages, identify dates and action items, review Google Calendar events, list Drive file details, and read selected Google Docs or Sheets to answer a task. It returns recommendations and summaries; the owner remains in control of consequential actions.

The Gmail authorisation technically permits broader actions than simple reading, including composing, sending, modifying and permanently deleting mail. An action may be authorised by a direct owner request or an agreed standing instruction. OAuth permissions provide technical capability only; they do not authorise arbitrary actions. Weeves will not take an action that is outside the applicable request or standing instruction.

Data and privacy

Google account data is handled through a privately operated n8n service. For requested AI-assisted analysis, task-relevant content may be processed by OpenAI Codex. When the owner uses Telegram, a requested Google-derived reply is delivered through that chat. The Privacy Policy describes the data path and its limitations.

Google data is not sold or used by the Weeves operator for advertising. The operator does not train its own model on Google data. OpenAI’s handling of Codex interactions, including any model-improvement use, is governed by the applicable account plan and data controls; see the Privacy Policy.

Terms

Use is limited to the account owner. There is no public registration or household-user onboarding. Please review the Terms of Service before use.
