Weeves is a private, owner-operated personal assistant for its account owner only. It is not a public registration or commercial subscription service, and it offers no public user sign-up.
Use and permissions
The account owner may request assistance with Google account information only for an account and data they are authorised to use. Google access is limited to the functions described in the Privacy Policy. A direct owner request or an agreed standing instruction may authorise an action within its scope. An OAuth permission is technical capability only and does not authorise arbitrary actions. Actions outside the applicable request or standing instruction require further authorisation.
Reliance on responses
Assistant responses can be incomplete or mistaken. The account owner should check source records before relying on dates, commitments, financial information, or other consequential details. Weeves does not take an external action merely because it recommends one.
Third-party services
Weeves may connect to Google services and use OpenAI Codex for requested AI-assisted responses. When the owner uses Telegram, messages are delivered through Telegram. The static pages are served through Cloudflare Pages; this hosting does not expose n8n or the screen viewer. These services are governed by their own terms and privacy notices.
Access and availability
The operator may suspend or change access to protect the account, system or owner. The account owner may ask the operator to disconnect the Google integration or revoke its access through their Google Account.
